Chadli Legaspi is a GIS Specialist and member of SignValue’s Philippines team. He supports the firm’s valuation, site selection, and portfolio management initiatives through geospatial analysis, mapping technologies, and data-driven decision support.

Chadli earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Science from De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. Building on his academic foundation, he has developed a multidisciplinary career spanning environmental research, disaster risk reduction, geospatial analysis, and map operations. With more than six years of experience in GIS and spatial analytics, he has cultivated expertise in site selection, spatial data interpretation, and location-based decision-making.

At SignValue, Chadli leverages GIS platforms, Google Maps, and other geospatial technologies to identify and evaluate potential billboard locations. His work includes analyzing visibility, traffic patterns, accessibility, zoning requirements, surrounding landmarks, and other factors that influence site feasibility and asset value. He also maintains geospatial datasets, prepares maps and technical reports, and collaborates with team members to support research, valuation, and client initiatives.

Outside of work, Chadli enjoys exploring emerging technologies and continuously expanding his knowledge of geospatial analysis and data-driven solutions.
