Nastasha Hiatt is the Operations and Research Manager at SignValue. Since joining the company in 2016, she has supported the firm’s data-driven approach to asset valuation and portfolio management through research, reporting, and operational oversight. She collaborates with SignValue’s advisors, accountants, brokers, and research analysts to organize client management for companies like Norfolk Southern. 

With a background in property management, Nastasha brings a strong understanding of lease structures and asset performance, which informs her work across projects and client initiatives. She collaborates closely with internal teams to streamline processes, manage research efforts, and ensure consistent, accurate deliverables.

Outside of work, Nastasha enjoys swimming or walking with her three Australian Shepherds and hosting game nights with friends.
